Here we go then swinging into the new year with fingers and other bits crossed to try to ensure that we actually play for the second time in 2010. Now that's a good idea. Otherwise almost like last season there will not be enough days in the week.

Welcome then to Hungerford, newly promoted into this division and doing quite nicely thank you. So get the rustiness, if there is any, out of the way early and back into winning mode would be the ideal - continuing where we left off from the Peacocks visit. A good size crowd would be useful to follow that extravaganza up, 1000+ a few times a year would be even more useful. So the real important bit - all who attend play your part in the usual Bridgwater way as evidenced in the NonLeague24 and my good friend Tony Williams' article. Yes the more you are heard from the sidelines the more we get from those performing and it does make a difference believe me. Expect Tony to make it tonight - he was a strong member of the off and on field teams that saw Hungerford progress some years ago to where they have been and are now.
