Town gained another three points on their travels as they defeated AFC Hayes 2-0. Jamie Howson (pictured) put Bridgwater one up with a header from a Nat Pepperell cross in the first half and Pepperell doubled Towns advantage when he chipped the keeper in the second half.

Reports suggest Town played well with Ben Kirk outstanding and they remain unbeaten away from home in the league so far this season.

Bridgwater Town reserves also won well winning 6-1 (with six different goalscorers) at home against Taunton Blackbrook to make it a doubly successful day for the club.
